What information may be collected about you:

- Address information (street address, house/staircase/apartment number)

- Information observed from the use of the services and derived through analytics
- Purchase history, including ordered products and their price information

- Online store usage and browsing data and terminal device identification data
- Information and identifiers used for targeted content
- Automatically collected information about your session on our site, such as: IP address, location, internet browser used, browsing data on our site, search terms and referring sites.

To which parties can information be shared:
We only share your information with third parties that comply with data protection regulations and the law. Your information will be shared with, among others, the following parties:

Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, such as to Canada and the United States. If you live in Europe, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and ask us to amend, update or delete it where appropriate. If you would like to do any of these, you can contact our customer service.
7. Regular sources of information
The customer's own notification, Berry Piper's ordering system and any purchases of customer data from external parties in accordance with Finnish law.
8. Principles of register protection
Manual materials are stored in a locked and electronically protected space.
The computer-based system is kept in a locked space, protected by a firewall, username and password protection.
Information is shared both internally and externally with the following groups:
- People in the company who need information to perform their job duties
- Authorities as required by law
- Partners and subcontractors essential for order processing and customer relationship management
Only predefined employees who are bound by confidentiality obligations have access to the information in the register.
9. Right of inspection and its implementation
Data subjects have the right to inspect the information concerning themselves. The inspection request must be made in writing, signed and submitted to the company responsible for the registration.
10. Correction of information
The data subject may request that incorrect information be corrected. The request for correction must be made in writing and individually to the person responsible for registration matters.
11. Right of prohibition
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing, distance selling, and market and opinion research. The prohibition must be addressed in writing to the company responsible for the registration matters.
Force majeure
Berry Piper Oy is exempted from the obligations of these terms and conditions in the event of force majeure, such as fire, storm, flood, war, state of emergency, sabotage, strike, traffic disruption, accident or official actions.
Disputes
Any disputes will be handled in the Pirkanmaa District Court.
